Of the 179 pupils who finished Year 11 at Eaton Bank Academy in 2023, 46% stayed on in Eaton Bank Academy’s own sixth form (Cheshire East average 40%), 36% went to a further education college and 6% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 65 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 52% went to university (Cheshire East 27%, England 37%), and 23% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally; 15% started an apprenticeship, well above the 7% England average.
Media Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 22% of the year group took it, against 4% of pupils across England.
