Of the 248 pupils who finished Year 11 at Hellesdon High School in 2023, 43% stayed on in Hellesdon High School’s own sixth form (Norfolk average 33%), 36% went to a further education college and 7% started an apprenticeship.
Sociology is unusually popular at GCSE: 22% of the year group took it, against 4% of pupils across England.
Among the 175 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 36% went to university (Norfolk 28%, England 37%), and 11% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
