What the data says
Of the 174 pupils who finished Year 11 at The Chase in 2023, 43% stayed on in The Chase’s own sixth form (Worcestershire average 31%), 29% went to a further education college and 3% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 137 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 35% went to university (Worcestershire 34%, England 37%), and 34% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
Food Preparation and Nutrition is unusually popular at GCSE: 28% of the year group took it, against 8% of pupils across England.
GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 51.9 against 46.1 across England and 44.2 in Worcestershire, with 52% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
