What the data says

Of the 243 pupils who finished Year 11 at Kingsmead School in 2023, 55% stayed on in Kingsmead School’s own sixth form (Enfield average 57%) and 30% went to a further education college.

Among the 113 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 65% went to university (Enfield 55%, England 37%), and 15% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Religious Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 87% of the year group took it, against 31% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 48.8 against 46.1 across England and 46.3 in Enfield, with 47% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
