Of the 190 pupils who finished Year 11 at Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet in 2023, 97% stayed on in Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet’s own sixth form (Barnet average 63%), none went to a further education college and none started an apprenticeship.

Among the 166 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 90% went to university (Barnet 55%, England 37%), and 88% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
