Of the 211 pupils who finished Year 11 at Sidney Stringer Academy in 2023, 61% stayed on in Sidney Stringer Academy’s own sixth form (Coventry average 46%), 24% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 163 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 60% went to university (Coventry 39%, England 37%), and 14% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
Spanish is unusually popular at GCSE: 61% of the year group took it, against 19% of pupils across England.
