Of the 181 pupils who finished Year 11 at Wren Academy Finchley in 2023, 64% stayed on in Wren Academy Finchley’s own sixth form (Barnet average 63%), 19% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 155 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 74% went to university (Barnet 55%, England 37%), and 37% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
GCSE results in 2025 were well above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 59.8 against 46.1 across England and 56.7 in Barnet, with 70% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
