Of the 134 pupils who finished Year 11 at Leigh UTC Dartford in 2023, 36% stayed on in Leigh UTC Dartford’s own sixth form (Kent average 56%), 42% went to a further education college and 7% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 53 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 51% went to university (Kent 39%, England 37%), and 3% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally; 23% started an apprenticeship, well above the 7% England average.

Chemistry is unusually popular at GCSE: 98% of the year group took it, against 23% of pupils across England.

Most pupils take the three separate sciences: at least 98% sat Biology, Chemistry and Physics as individual GCSEs, compared with about 23% nationally.
