Of the 138 pupils who finished Year 11 at South Nottinghamshire Academy in 2023, 44% stayed on in South Nottinghamshire Academy’s own sixth form (Nottinghamshire average 36%), 39% went to a further education college and 4% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 47 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 66% went to university (Nottinghamshire 40%, England 37%), and 27% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
Media Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 30% of the year group took it, against 4% of pupils across England.
