What the data says

Of the 168 pupils who finished Year 11 at Alec Reed Academy in 2023, 52% stayed on in Alec Reed Academy’s own sixth form (Ealing average 65%), 32% went to a further education college and none started an apprenticeship.

Among the 85 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 59% went to university (Ealing 68%, England 37%), and 11% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Drama is unusually popular at GCSE: 20% of the year group took it, against 7% of pupils across England.

A level grades average C-, well below the England average of B-; 2% of students achieved AAB or better including two facilitating subjects (England 18%). The largest A level subjects are Mathematics, Chemistry and History.
