Of the 282 pupils who finished Year 11 at Greenford High School in 2023, 80% stayed on in Greenford High School’s own sixth form (Ealing average 65%) and 14% went to a further education college.

Among the 218 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 70% went to university (Ealing 68%, England 37%), and 22% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Business Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 41% of the year group took it, against 18% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 48.6 against 46.1 across England and 52.0 in Ealing, with 53% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
