What the data says

Of the 338 pupils who finished Year 11 at Robert Clack School in 2023, 58% stayed on in Robert Clack School’s own sixth form (Barking and Dagenham average 49%) and 32% went to a further education college.

Among the 191 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 66% went to university (Barking and Dagenham 45%, England 37%), and 19% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Religious Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 97% of the year group took it, against 31% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 50.5 against 46.1 across England and 48.4 in Barking and Dagenham, with 50% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
