What the data says

Of the 209 pupils who finished Year 11 at St Peter's Catholic School in 2023, 64% stayed on in St Peter's Catholic School’s own sixth form (Solihull average 29%), 18% went to a further education college and 2% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 129 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 59% went to university (Solihull 37%, England 37%), and 34% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Religious Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 97% of the year group took it, against 31% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 53.4 against 46.1 across England and 47.0 in Solihull, with 59% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
