Of the 227 pupils who finished Year 11 at Deyes High School in 2023, 42% stayed on in Deyes High School’s own sixth form (Sefton average 25%), 41% went to a further education college and 6% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 98 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 42% went to university (Sefton 27%, England 37%), and 11% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally; 13% started an apprenticeship, well above the 7% England average.
Fine Art is unusually popular at GCSE: 20% of the year group took it, against 9% of pupils across England.
