Of the 151 pupils who finished Year 11 at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in 2023, 86% stayed on in Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School’s own sixth form (Kent average 56%), 9% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.
GCSE results in 2025 were well above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 65.1 against 46.1 across England and 46.7 in Kent, with 87% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%) — as a selective grammar school, Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School admits pupils by test at 11, which drives these figures.
