What the data says

Of the 180 pupils who finished Year 11 at Brooke Weston Academy in 2023, 53% stayed on in Brooke Weston Academy’s own sixth form (North Northamptonshire average 40%), 38% went to a further education college and 3% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 142 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 66% went to university (North Northamptonshire 57%, England 37%), and 24% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Media Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 20% of the year group took it, against 4% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 50.5 against 46.1 across England and 42.9 in North Northamptonshire, with 59% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
