What the data says

Of the 133 pupils who finished Year 11 at The Elms Academy in 2023, 54% stayed on in The Elms Academy’s own sixth form (Lambeth average 51%), 24% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 73 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 64% went to university (Lambeth 48%, England 37%), and 51% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

12% of leavers were not in sustained education, employment or training six months on, compared with 6% nationally.

Religious Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 98% of the year group took it, against 31% of pupils across England.
