Of the 189 pupils who finished Year 11 at The Cottesloe School in 2023, 43% stayed on in The Cottesloe School’s own sixth form (Buckinghamshire average 61%), 40% went to a further education college and 3% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 73 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 60% went to university (Buckinghamshire 52%, England 37%), and 18% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Statistics is unusually popular at GCSE: 61% of the year group took it, against 5% of pupils across England.

A level grades average C, below the England average of B-; 5% of students achieved AAB or better including two facilitating subjects (England 18%). The largest A level subjects are Geography, Mathematics and Psychology.
