What the data says

Of the 140 pupils who finished Year 11 at Holy Trinity Academy in 2023, 26% stayed on in Holy Trinity Academy’s own sixth form (Telford and Wrekin average 29%), 46% went to a further education college and 3% started an apprenticeship.

French is unusually popular at GCSE: 77% of the year group took it, against 18% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were in line with the national picture: Attainment 8 of 45.9 against 46.1 across England and 44.2 in Telford and Wrekin, with 48% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).

Almost every leaver found a sustained destination: only 2% were not in education, work or training six months on, against 6% nationally.
