The Market Bosworth School has no sixth form. Of the 163 pupils who finished Year 11 there in 2023, 13% moved to a sixth form college, 36% to a further education college and 7% started an apprenticeship.

GCSE results in 2025 were well above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 59.5 against 46.1 across England and 46.2 in Leicestershire, with 72% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).

Media Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 29% of the year group took it, against 4% of pupils across England.
