What the data says

Of the 192 pupils who finished Year 11 at Castle View Enterprise Academy in 2023, none moved to a sixth form college, 60% to a further education college and 8% started an apprenticeship.

14% of leavers were not in sustained education, employment or training six months on, compared with 6% nationally.

Apprenticeships are a real route from here: 8% of leavers started one, roughly twice the England figure of 3%.

Art and Design is unusually popular at GCSE: 23% of the year group took it, against 7% of pupils across England.
