What the data says
The Stonehenge School has no sixth form. Of the 161 pupils who finished Year 11 there in 2023, 2% moved to a sixth form college, 55% to a further education college and 5% started an apprenticeship.
GCSE results in 2025 were well below the national picture: Attainment 8 of 37.4 against 46.1 across England and 46.2 in Wiltshire, with 26% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
Physics is unusually popular at GCSE: 73% of the year group took it, against 23% of pupils across England.
Most pupils take the three separate sciences: at least 71% sat Biology, Chemistry and Physics as individual GCSEs, compared with about 23% nationally.
