What the data says

Of the 173 pupils who finished Year 11 at King Solomon High School in 2023, 50% stayed on in King Solomon High School’s own sixth form (Redbridge average 70%), 38% went to a further education college and 1% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 93 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 67% went to university (Redbridge 69%, England 37%), and 22% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

Spanish is unusually popular at GCSE: 65% of the year group took it, against 19% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were in line with the national picture: Attainment 8 of 46.8 against 46.1 across England and 53.9 in Redbridge, with 42% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
