Of the 140 pupils who finished Year 11 at Paulet High School in 2023, 48% stayed on in Paulet High School’s own sixth form (Staffordshire average 33%), 29% went to a further education college and 9% started an apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are a real route from here: 9% of leavers started one, roughly three times the England figure of 3%.

Among the 73 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 29% went to university (Staffordshire 33%, England 37%), and 15% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally; 15% started an apprenticeship, well above the 7% England average.

Religious Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 84% of the year group took it, against 31% of pupils across England.
