Of the 203 pupils who finished Year 11 at Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy in 2023, 41% stayed on in Our Lady and St Chad Catholic Academy’s own sixth form (Wolverhampton average 45%), 36% went to a further education college and 2% started an apprenticeship.

Among the 38 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 53% went to university (Wolverhampton 42%, England 37%), and 8% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.

11% of leavers were not in sustained education, employment or training six months on, compared with 6% nationally.

Religious Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 99% of the year group took it, against 31% of pupils across England.
