What the data says

Uffculme School has no sixth form. Of the 208 pupils who finished Year 11 there in 2023, 26% moved to a sixth form college, 57% to a further education college and 7% started an apprenticeship.

Media Studies is unusually popular at GCSE: 26% of the year group took it, against 4% of pupils across England.

GCSE results in 2025 were above the national picture: Attainment 8 of 52.8 against 46.1 across England and 45.4 in Devon, with 58% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).

Most pupils take the three separate sciences: at least 71% sat Biology, Chemistry and Physics as individual GCSEs, compared with about 23% nationally.
