Of the 25 pupils who finished Year 11 at Mulberry UTC in 2023, 28% stayed on in Mulberry UTC’s own sixth form (Tower Hamlets average 64%), 24% went to a further education college and 4% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 122 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 51% went to university (Tower Hamlets 36%, England 37%), and 6% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
GCSE results in 2025 were well below the national picture: Attainment 8 of 30.3 against 46.1 across England and 47.4 in Tower Hamlets, with 18% of pupils getting grade 5 or above in both English and maths (England 45%).
