Of the 77 pupils who finished Year 11 at Leek High School in 2023, 13% stayed on in Leek High School’s own sixth form (Staffordshire average 33%), 44% went to a further education college and 8% started an apprenticeship.
Among the 30 students who left the sixth form in 2023, 33% went to university (Staffordshire 33%, England 37%), and 3% of level 3 students progressed to one of the most selective universities, against 19% nationally.
12% of leavers were not in sustained education, employment or training six months on, compared with 6% nationally.
